Is it possible to make reservation by phone or e-mail?

We do not except e-mails but for telephone please call 075-606-5281.

Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express and Diners Club cards.

How many days prior does the cancellation fee apply?

Cancellations will occur 3 days prior to the scheduled stay.
The following are our cancellation fees:
・Complete no-show, same day, 100% of the room rate
・Day before〜3 days before:30% of the room rate.
・3 days before reservation (please inform by 11:30am):no fee is required

We are terribly sorry to say we do not have a parking lot in our hotel. We ask our guest to use the public parking lot.

We do not have a restaurant in the hotel so the answer will be no.
