Please note that MOGANA will never ask guests to provide payment details or credit card information through SMS, WhatsApp, social media, or any other unofficial platforms.
If you receive any suspicious messages or external links requesting additional confirmation or payment, please do not access the links and disregard the message immediately.

For your security, we kindly ask that all reservation confirmations and related procedures be completed only through the official Booking.com website or mobile application.

We will continue to strengthen our information security measures so that our guests can use our services with confidence and peace of mind.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and kindly ask that you continue to remain cautious regarding suspicious messages and fraudulent links.

【Accommodation Tax Revision Notice】

Thank you for your continued support.

Please be informed that the Kyoto City accommodation tax has been revised effective March 1, 2026.
The accommodation tax is charged separately and must be paid on-site.

The tax per person per night is as follows:

Under JPY 6,000: JPY 200
JPY 6,000 to under JPY 20,000: JPY 400
JPY 20,000 to under JPY 50,000: JPY 1,000
JPY 50,000 to under JPY 100,000: JPY 4,000
